and right doing, there is a field.
I'll meet you there.” - Rumi

Welcome to Sterling Therapy, the private practice
of Graham Sterling.

I work with individuals, couples and families. My areas of interest include life span development, human sexuality, substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, cross cultural issues, life transitions, grief and spirituality. I am particularly interested in strengthening relationships between partners and families.

It is my philosophy, that each of us are on a path that encompasses understanding who we are in relation to our surroundings. Answers are found through interpersonal connections and within ourselves. It is my job to offer a safe, supportive space and the skilled assistance that allows you to discover your strengths and the tools necessary to overcome life's hurdles.

I am a member of the ACA (American Counseling Association). I am a State Licensed Intern in the state of Oregon. Consumer information and licensee look-up is available here.

I abide by the code of ethics of both the state of Oregon and the American Counseling Association.
